Terms & Conditions
Prepaid Haircare Plans — Textures R&D Haircare Atelier.
- Scheduling
All services must be pre-scheduled at time of purchase during the first visit, within the plan's designated time frame. Haircare plans run bi-weekly over 10 weeks.
- Expiration
All services expire at the end of the allotted plan time. Services do not roll over and cannot be extended.
- Rescheduling
Appointments cannot be rescheduled once set without a rescheduling fee per standard salon policy.
- No-Show
No-show appointments are forfeited and cannot be recovered or refunded.
- Non-Transferable
Plans are non-transferable to another client.
- No Refunds
Prepaid plans are non-refundable once purchased. No exceptions.
- Membership Credit
Clients converting to a membership before their final plan appointment may apply remaining balance as credit toward their first membership month, at the salon's discretion.
- Salon Rights
Textures R&D reserves the right to change rules, regulations, and pricing upon reasonable notice. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
